Life consists of many aspects that bring great joy into our lives. Our careers can be fulfilling and our hobbies intriguing. Our homes and cars fill us with pride of ownership. But regardless of how everything else in life is going, if our relationships with people are not pleasant, our lives will not be all they could be. Other people are important to our health and well being. Never underestimate the effect family, friends, and social contacts have on the quality of our lives.
