It seems you can’t go anywhere these days without seeing someone plugged into technology. Technology has started to infiltrate more and more areas of our lives. Whether it’s the computer or laptop, mobile phone or ipod we can’t seem to live a day without being plugged in. We are spending an ever increasing amount of time consumed with technology and the need to have instant access to information or people means that we are becoming more and more enslaved by it.

Here's the ultimate _expression of life in my opinion, and that is living the good life. Here's what we must ask constantly, "What for me would be a good life?" And you have to keep going over and over the list. A list including areas such as spirituality, economics, health, relationships and recreation. What would constitute a good life? I've got a short list.
